Costings are based on time: standard  hours - weekdays 8.30 - 4.30

1st hour £95.00 - subsequent hours £70.00

1 day (8 hours) £450.00    half day (4 hours) £250.00

 

Emergency call-outs:

weekdays 8.30 - 4.30 - 1st hour £120.00 - subsequent hours £65.00

saturdays - 1st hour £140.00 - subsequent hours £75.00 

sundays - 1st hour £175.00 - subsequent hours £100.00 

 

Costings based on service: jobs will be priced on application and will normally require a site visit. In most cases quotes are provided free of charge. 

Landlords' certificates; EICR reports start at £165.00, or £25.00 per circuit. 

 

Parking and congestion charges will be added on where applicable
